Ginger Tea Recipe
Easy to make ginger tea recipe, great to use as remedy for cold, indigestion or sore throat.
- 1000 ml water
- 2-inch piece of fresh ginger root
- honey and lemon slice (optional)
Pour the water to saucepan and bring it to boil. Meanwhile, peel the ginger root and slice it into thin slices. Once the water is boiling, add the ginger. Cover with lid and reduce the heat. Leave the juice simmer for 20 minutes. Strain the tea, add honey and lemon to taste.
